What services do you offer?
We provide professional property photography, cinematic video, drone footage, 360° virtual tours, and floor plans for estate agents, developers, and property professionals.
How do I book a shoot?
All bookings are managed throughout our booking system. Simply click the Book a Shoot Link or email bookings@elitemedialimited.co.uk with the property details, access instructions, preferred date, and package.
 
How long does it take to receive the media?
All edited media is typically delivered the following working day after the shoot. Urgent requests can often be accommodated, just let us know in advance.
Do you cover areas outside of Glasgow?
Yes! We cover central Scotland and are expanding across the UK. Please contact us for travel fees or multi-location shoots.
What if it rains or the weather is poor?
We’re happy to reschedule at no extra cost if weather conditions affect the quality of your photos or videos.
How do I download my photos and videos?
You’ll receive a secure download link via email with options for web, high-resolution, and branded versions of your images.
Do you offer re-edits or corrections?
Yes, just email support@elitemedialimited.co.uk with your request. Minor edits are usually completed the same day.
How do you handle payments?
Invoices are sent automatically through our system once the media is delivered. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
