Steven is the creative force behind Elite Media, leading the team with a sharp eye for detail, high standards, and a deep understanding of what makes property media perform. With hands-on experience across photography, video, drone work, editing and marketing. Steven brings clarity, creativity, and direction to every project, making sure the team delivers work that looks exceptional and gets results.

Ricky Lynass
After his police career was cut short due to injury, Ricky decided it was time for a new challenge. With photography already a long-standing passion, he turned his hobby into a profession and joined Elite Media in early 2025.
Since then, Ricky has become an integral part of the business. His commitment, leadership and deep understanding of our clients, photographers and day-to-day operations have led to his appointment as Operations Director. In this role, Ricky oversees the smooth running of our operations, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard while supporting both our team and clients across Scotland.
His attention to detail, calm approach and dedication to exceptional customer service make him a key member of the Elite Media leadership team.

Peter is a highly experienced professional photographer with more than 30 years in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed a keen eye for detail, composition and visual storytelling, working across a wide range of photographic disciplines. I spent a 25+ year career in Marketing within the Drink industry, and through my extensive experience, I developed skills that enable a seamless transition to photography. I bring a personable approach to my work and understand the importance of creating a strong visual world that connects. I believe great property photography is more than documenting space; it's about telling a story and creating a strong first impression that attracts potential buyers. With an eye for detail, I carefully consider composition to highlight the flow, design and vibe of each room. Fraser is an experienced property photographer specialising in high-quality imagery for estate agents and property professionals. A finalist in a prestigious photography competition, he also has a background in wedding, portrait, landscape and school photography.

Rachel joined the Elite Media team in 2026 and was trained by our senior photographer, Ricky. Rachel is an architect with over eight years of experience specialising in residential properties. She combines her architectural expertise with a passion for photography to showcase homes at their best. Rachel enjoys visiting a wide variety of properties and highlighting the details that make each one unique.
Ainsley Fitzhenry-Niven
Ainsley is a professional photographer with a B.A. in Photography from UWS. She first fell in love with portrait photography after being told she had a talent for capturing people's unique characters and personalities. She discovered that homes are very similar - each with its own story, charm and distinctive character. What she enjoys most about this work is that no two days are ever the same. Ainsley gets to collaborate with a team, meet homeowners, agents and step inside different homes every day, all while using her skills to ease the stress of selling by delivering images that make each and every property shine.
